Cerise wasn't really the one to go out much but with the chance she got to go out with her mother she was excited for it. Both of them had their inducers on making them appear for the most part like a normal human. Cerise kept her neyaphem form on for most of the time while she was at the mansion. but for now she was a woman wearing light colored skin along with black hair. The end of her hair had bits of blue on them that she kept it almost had a dyed appearance to them. "Are you ready to go to the park, Cerise?" Her mother asked. "We'll pass Avengers Tower first and then go to the Park. Does that sound good?" She asked as they finished their lunch and put their trash away.
Cerise was nervous about this, hardly any one knew of their secret that they were different. They were mutants. Were there still people that didn't trust mutants or didn't like them like how people treated other people differently? She shuttered to think that. But her family had pretty much been hiding in peaceful times on the X-men's help so they could be happy and safe there. She was grateful for that. But she had heard plenty of stories from her father how he had been ridiculed and then found out that his mother didn't want her. Her grand mother named Mystique. She didn't want to think about it. "Ok that sounds good to me...Do you think we'll run into any Avengers mom?" She asked as she kept up with her mother easily.
"It's possible, Cerise we'll just have to wait and see. Just remember to be respectful towards them alright? Just like how you do with the other older X-Men." The older mutant said as she nodded in agreement. So they made their walk trying to blend in as good and quickly as they could. She had a feeling today would be a long day.
Cerise and her mother made the walk along the street before arriving at Stark Tower. It was a massive building that loomed over New York. It was intimidating to some, a beacon of hope to others. Cerise felt a little bit of both in them as far as she saw the building and they stepped in side. What was going to happen next she wondered?
