A blue blast of Nova force could be seen as he sent a robot flying through the air. It hit the wall and shattered into a bunch of metallic pieces fell in front of Sam. He hit the last robot for now as the buzzer went off announcing that he was done. "Ok Alexander you're done with training for today good job." The SHIELD agent said as one of the senior members put another file in his electronic folder on the screen that he was using for the training session. From the sounds of it his score from the last one had been pretty good. He still didn't get why older heroes had to show that they had top marks too. It wasn't like they were teenagers or little kids anymore...but perhaps it was just protocol. Sam was hovering in place not far from where the others were before he was dismissed from training and he was worn out.
"Thank goodness that's over." Sam muttered to himself. "Next time I get yelled at for doing something they disagree with I'm going to throw something at them." He said looking a bit annoyed. He also looked worn out from the training as he had to do several flying obstacles and often be shot at by robots before destroying them. Once it was all over and done with, it looked like it was about 2:00pm in the afternoon.
There was still time to go out side, but he wanted to rest first. So he carried himself into the lounge and rested on one of the empty chairs. From the looks of things it was empty there with a few SHIELD people. Maybe three or four at most. So it was quiet but Sam felt his eyes close like he was ready for a nap. Someone could startle them if they were up for it. But before he fell asleep at that point he checked his phone, and saw no knew messages. Perhaps Miguel and Brandi were out doing things on their own, he still had a sense that Miguel liked to do loner missions and so did Brandi on occasions. As far as he could tell, Brandi and Miguel were more alike then they might've realized, except of course Miguel had spider powers while Brandi was a demon hunter, that may have been one of the few differences.

Brandi was reading a book she had been wanting to hang with her best friend Sam for although he and Miguel had bonded and has gotten so close that they do anything for each other. She felt that she hasn't seen him for away and had prepared a big lunch for him and and her it was both their favorite things. She knew that he had a tough day of training and she wanted them to have some fun that didn't involved missions or anything like that.
She had did her own training session awhile ago and it was very extreme.She did a very high level paranormal attack to the city kind of thing and had to do all kinds of stuff things that sh didn't have to do normally. She sets out her two smoothies and some butternut squash soup with grilled cheese.She smiled and waited for him. She looked towards her tablet at her plans that they made because they had talked by text.

That was when Sam saw someone nearby that he recognized. Brandi was in another char a bit farther away from where he was. He at first felt too tired to move but ignored it knowing that there would be other times for rest. He got up from his chair as he took his helmet off. Then he began to walk over to Brandi to where she was working on her tablet. He saw a few recipesflick by on it as she was no doubt reading them for food. Was she looking at something important there? He could only wonder at thsi point.
"Heay Brandi, I'm done with training for today. How are you doing?" He said giving her a smile as he put the Nova Helmet on the seat next to her. "I heard from Miguel that he was in the city with Spider-Man, and the other Web Warriors for today, you can probably catch him later on." Sam said knowing sometimes it was fun spying on other shield agents as he did on occasions with his friends.

" i am doing great and yeah miguel seems busy as I am " She wanted to spend time with her friend and wanted them to have a good time as she gives Sam his lunch and smiled little bit. She also tries to keep up with what other SHIELD agents are up there but she wasn't the one ask question since she knows that she doesn't need to know everything that goes on although she does go on some very classified missions herself. She has a few slash scars down her arms
She picked up her spoon eating some before speaking again and shows him her tablet to him " soo what do you want do first I made us a list of cool things to do " She had all kinds of fun stuff to do such go to bars and festivals or simply just play video games. She wasn't exactly good at deciding what do because she like keeping really busy but she has been told many times that she needed to rest sometimes and take a long break from mission and with who else with her best friend.

"Wow the food is really good Brandi." Sam said with a smile as he ate the food and certainly was hungry. This morning he didn't have much time to eat since he got up rather late. So that meant he hadn't eaten much all day. So this was certainly nice to have something good and not to mention Brandi made it. Usually her food was very good.
Sam looked over the list of things to do that were on her tablet they all sounded like fun things, at first he couldn't decide on what to do either as he came across two items. "Hm to be honest I don't want to be stuck in the hellicarrier all day so maybe we can get out? I like the idea of going out to the festivals or we can go to the bars too." Sam said as he thought of a way they could solve this problem right here and now. He took out a coin that he had from change that he had bought some video games with for awhile ago. "This can solve it, heads for going to the bars, and tails for going to the festivals. What do you say to that?" Sam asked as he was ready to flipping the coin for Brandi and they would do something interesting regardless of what it turned out to be. But it was odd they were letting a coin decide their future for them, couldn't they ask Miguel? He was the one who time hopped.

Brandi just smiled little as he gave her comments about her food and watched him enjoy it she was happy that he liked her cooking.She always loved cooking for her friends and the people she cared about.She wanted to leave the helicarrier anyways and thought it would be fun and watched as the coin spins the table and flips on to head and she smiled " then a bar it is then " She smiled she was going to have a good time.
She thought maybe they could invite Miguel but she thought he might be really busy with a mission or something like that.She then got up and picked up her car keys and smiled speak excitedly " if you ready to go I am " She really haven't decided on which bar they are going but she had planned on going to many since she have been .She had a flying red trans it and it looked really nice since she took good care of it and since she totally freaks out if anyone touches her car without her permission. She waited for Sam come out first as she sits there inside of her car.

Sam wasn't to surprised that it landed on heads, so it looked like they were going to the bar. Sam didn't mind at all. If there was enough time they could try to go to the festival later. Regardless, Sam could tell that Brandi was eager to get going, and he didn't blame her for wanting to leave soon. He picked up his backpack which had his helmet in it packed away and then put away the dishes. Once he was done, he headed after Brandi finding her in her car, "Wow nice car Brandi it looks like you keep it in top condition." Sam said knowing he didn't have a car of his own since he flew or took the subway.
Once he got in he put his seat belt on and put the backpack on the floor. "So what bar did you have in mind?" Sam asked. "I know there are a lot in new York." Sam offered. That was when a message came up on Sam's phone it was also relayed to Brandi as well since it was from Miguel. "Heay Brandi, Miguel sent us a message, it says: Hang tight the web warriors are coming in for a landing in about 1 minute. I thought you guys were going out this afternoon or are you still there?" Sam said as he looked up and noticed that there was a jet coming into view as it no doubt held some of the Web Warriors.
