Author's note: I figured since this follow up thread centers around the Stark family I went ahead and tagged them and I may bring in Arno later, just depends on how this goes. But you guys are welcome to bring in another character if you wish.
Months had past since the wedding day of the Starks, since the Avengers had forced him and Sophie Von Doom out despite their surprise attack. It infuriated Victor to no end knowing they had failed and he had come so close to having Tony dead and out of the picture. Yet, somehow, Jamie had proven more than a challenge and adding the other Avengers into the mix had only meant they were unlikely to succeed. Maybe if Vanora had gone with them things would have been much different but the demi-goddess always seemed to be fickle with helping them or off doing her own thing.
No matter. Today, Victor intended to correct his mistakes for failing in his mission thus far. He wore his usual big orange long sleeved hoodie with dark blue jeans and black and gray sneakers, looking like a typical kid but with his hoodie pulled up to make it all the more difficult to recognize his face, knowing Jarvis would likely be on the look out. At the moment, Victor was following a tour group that tended to have certain hours they went through the museum part of the tower and granted access through this route alone. But with tailing them for a few hours now around the grounds and into the building, Victor carefully popped some gum after making a bubble, tilting his head where he saw a camera panning towards them then away.
Shifting his wrist that was stuffed into his pocket, some of his microscopic nanomachines, invisible to the human eye, left from some ports in his wrist and to the camera, invading into the small crevices of the device and causing it to short circuit, briefly implanting themselves into its wiring. When he got the feedback they were in Victor closed his eyes to focus, sending a small electrical shock coursing through the security network and forcing a system shutdown in this one part of the system and once he was certain it was down, Victor ducked away from the crowd and drew the nanites back into his form while he slipped through a door leading to the stairway.
In the meantime, a silent alert was sent to out about the breach in security and unauthorized tampering having been detected. 'Now, time to find the best way to bring you to me Stark.' Victor thought, channeling the electrical energy through his form and flying upwards towards the highest parts of the tower, landing halfway up the building where the offices were suppose to be located, carefully opening the door and stepping out into the hall.

Bobby was in the hallway in his armor and was walking down towards his father's office not aware of the danger he is in by just being in his armor .He was not alerted by the silent alarm the on coming Victor since he was new the family he wasn't what happened directly happened at the wedding expect the church being exploded and a lot of people were hurt. There was talked of a group called The Dark Avengers too which worried about that since that meets something bad was coming ,
The side of things for him was when he was placed into this family he got the chance to what most kids like him would only dream to be his idols son and to be a superhero. When he was in the hallway was when he got the message that something was wrong and he stopped in his tracks as he heard some footsteps going towards his direction and turned towards the boy in orange jacket There was something about the boy that seem off to Bobby like he didn't belong here since civilians aren't supposed to be here and there was silent alarm just set off " hey there i don't think you are suppose to down here " He was being bold not not letting his guard down.

Tony had been in his office that morning and things had gone according to most of his schedule. He looked slightly bored as he realized that he was in it for a long hour chat with some other governor of New York about his latest inventions. The man was rather plump and fat looking like most politicians. He seemed like he was interested in all of the things that were going on and wouldn’t stop talking to the man on the screen who was another important one on the other side of the states. Really why did it have to be in his office? He could complain all he wanted but talking back and forth like this seemed so dull.
“Well I think that’s a wrap up on today’s end mister governor I’m sure you have other things to do like go cut our budgets…Might I say you can say a hello to Mr. Fury if you see him any time soon.” Tony said as he was starting to head to show the governor where the door was to the way out, the tv screen flickered off in his office. As Tony was about to open it that was when he realized something wasn’t right. Over the years of being a super hero Tony sort of had gained a sixth sense, it may have been simply because he had survived Ultron for so long. “Wait here.” He said as he looked up. That was when Jarvis spoke up over the line he had the AI sounded British as always and a dry sense of humor too.
“Sir we have a security breach on one of the lower floors I suggest you investigate.” Jarvis said showing some concern. “Also there is an intruder on one of the lower floors as well.”
“You have an intruder!?” The governor asked.
“Unfortunately, that’s the risk that you take for coming to Avengers Tower, I suggest you take the third floor exit in order to get out of here unscathed sir. Unless you want to get into some serious trouble,” Tony said and without thinking twice he scurried off without wanting to see any of the other violence that might take place.
“Well, onto business.” Tony said as he had his watch ready the very one that had his Ironman Armor set in place if he needed it. He quickly got onto the elevator down towards the lower floors. Once he was in they whirred to life as Tony went to the lower floors. He stepped right onto the floor where Bobby and the unknown man were as he pressed a button for his Ironman armor to appear in front of him. “I don’t know who you are or why you are here but you have 10 seconds before I call security and throw you out of my building. Or I can do it myself.” Tony said as he realized this guy seemed slightly familiar towards him, but he couldn’t think of it just yet. He had fought hundreds of villains, you expect him to remember them all? Bobby was there as well but he couldn't risk his son getting hurt, he wasn't ready, at least by Avengers standards, but you needed to start out somewhere. He couldn't help but wonder where Alaric and Jamie were, he just hoped they were safe too.

Honestly, Victor wasn't overly surprised to be confronted by someone almost right off the bat. The Avengers Tower was huge in comparison to other buildings, but there were also quite a few members of the Avengers roaming around, which meant he was bound to run into one of them. But this was one he did not recognize as Victor turned to face Bobby. Truthfully, he was somewhat puzzled by the younger Avenger's presence. Had Tony gotten a new protege? Seems like considering the armor.
Before Victor could speak however, Tony himself appeared, seeming to truly confront him then and there. Perhaps Victor had been sloppy, missed something on his way up. No matter, Tony stood before him. Whether it was this way or finding the man himself Tony would be taken down one way or another. "You better have some good security Stark, because I assure you..." Victor reached up and pushed back the hood of his jacked to reveal his face, " [/b]Normal security would have nothing on me.[/b]" He said with a cruel grin, sparks of electricity arching across his hands as he took a step forward, narrowing his eyes towards the two.[/div]
"Quite frankly, you must be an idiot to let someone so young and inexperienced using one of your precious armors Stark. It hardly saved your life, I doubt it would be much better for this kid." Victor snorted, finding the Avengers' lack of thinking sometimes impressive. They claimed to be heroes but easily drew new possible members in so easily despite the potential dangers to come their way.

Jamie was in the training room waitting for her son to come for their weekly training session.She wanted Alacic to be ready for anything that might anything she was going to teach him a very special move the dragon flame sword which put the flames through the blade.She had so far thought that Alaric has made good process and she wanted him to know that she was proud of him after this she planned to get him some ice cream. She was setting up metal handles on the floor and some candles so he can learn to focus his powers.
She didn't know there was dangerous person in the mansion until the alarm was set off.She went in full Avenger mode and wanted to keep everyone safe and to protect everyone and hopped that the other Avengers had heard what was going on as well.Jamie looked towards the door quickly and got serious and then took out her to tell Alaric that was intruder in the mansion and their session was canceled. She quickly runs down the hallway quickly trying make it towards the hallway where it was happening.She was a floor under what is currently happening and was not quite there yet as she got into the elevator to get there.
