An Odd Family Meeting (Open)

[Kaine Riley-Parker]

His body felt sore and achy after yet another training class, usually he had gotten used to the training that was going on but lately trying to break Richard into the training things were rather...different and difficult to explain towards others, but he figured he might as well introduce him to Katherine seeing that he was his nephew from another time as Richard pointed out there was a Scarlet Spider in his time. "Is she coming?" Richard asked as the young teen was resting on a nearby bench as Kaine rolled his eyes. Both were in civillian clothing as they waited patiently at the park for Katherine to arrive. Both the boys were being baby sat by May again so they wouldn't have to worry.

"Of course she is I just hope she isn't running late or anything." Kaine said as he had sunglasses on over his eyes. Despite it being rather bright out Kaine didn't exactly want to have odd stares from other people because he knew his scars stood out. Heck he had even heard some people recommend him having an eye patch over his eye like Nick Fury but that was his thing. Kaine took out his phone wondering if he should text her again.

"Katherine we're at the park...and by we I mean someone who wants to meet you and is a member of the extended family." Kaine said knowing that he was pretty much a brother to Peter in this time due to the cloning process. Same DNA, same personality, except for the constant bantering and grumpy part he was pretty much very similar to Peter. "She'll come she would never miss out on anything." Kaine said as he assured Richard who seemed a bit nervous but as Kaine got to see him for the first time, he was definitely Peter's son especially with the light brown hair and blue eyes. Even he would admit it but not in front of him. Richard was still getting used to the whole spider powers too.

Katherine looked towards her text an answered him "i am on my way Kaine" she told him she didn't want to meet Richard in her actually appearance since she knew it kind of frightened people.She switched on her inducer and then drove on her bike to the park. She wasn't too much of a people person but she actually tried her best in these kind of simulations. She knew if Kaine said someone was ok then she trusted him but all the same she wanted to be Richard's good side by not looking like a giant cat.

When she finally got there she walked up to Kaine and smiled little bit and kissed him on the cheek. She then looked towards Richard and give him a smile and puts out her hand for him to shake" hello I'm Katherine your Richard right ?"if he shook her hand he would felt it is very furry dispite since her inducer only covered her apparance not change her competely,

"Heay there Katherine." Kaine said as he saw that she arrived and smiled. He gave her a kiss on the cheek as well glad to see that she was alright and he got her text. He let her stand next to him and as well as put a hand or two on him since he didn't mind that even when he was sore. "And yes this is Richard Parker I'm glad you were able to come after all." Kaine said with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you Katherine." Richard said as he shook her hand gently and noticed the fur a bit but he didn't say anything knowing that it would probably bother her. "And yeah in my time my father is Richard Parker." He said as he shifted a bit showing he was nervous. "There is a Kaine and Katherine in my time I think you guys got married." he said with a chuckle with that. "What dimension did you say you were from?" Kaine asked as he looked back towards Richard. "It's a time called House of M. I'm not even sure what that means to be honest but I've been called the Spider in that time after my father." He admitted.
