The Doctor
PERSONALITY Doctor Who is an alien genius that is very empathetic towards others. He is constantly trying to save the innocent and the universe with his scientific inventions, and so he doesn't have a lot of time for recreation or relaxation. He uses his technology to travel to places and times that need his help. He is especially fond of human-beings and often finds companions from Earth to travel with him so he doesn't get lonely. Being a Time Lord, The Doctor has the ability of regeneration. Whenever his body is close to death, he can will himself to regenerate into a new body. Although his personality changes with each new incarnation, his basic traits remain the same. He possesses a deep sense of right and wrong. He also has a deep moral code and always intervenes when he sees injustices occurring. This is the main reason he is so different than his non-intervening Time Lord race. He values humans for their deep sense of love, courage, and bravery. Because of his past experiences of losing close family members and loved ones, The Doctor can come across as being very cynical and rude quite often. He is also brutally blunt and honest when there is a dangerous threat looming that could hurt or cost lives. On the other hand, The Doctor actually can be very compassionate when it comes to people that he really cares about, stopping at nothing to protect them, even at the risk of losing his own life or wiping their memory. HISTORY The Doctor is an alien from the planet Gallifrey who travels through time and space exploring the universe in his TARDIS, a sentient time-travelling space ship. The Doctor is the last of the Time Lords, an advanced alien species that perceived time in a non-linear fashion through the Time Vortex. By using their advanced technology, they became observers of the universe, and eventually guardians of the universe. During the Last Great Time War, the Time Lords fought the Daleks. In order to save the universe, The Doctor sacrificed his own people. The Doctor has had many adventures and other stuff since then and during one of the one them he lost someone very special by the name of Clara Oswald after he went through a long trial he broke one of his rules about changing; the timeline to save her from her fate but attempting to do so caused something went wrong when he was in wormhole he was transported to a universe that he thought was impossible a world full of heroes in his world only existed in things called comic book but he actually gained some interested in this place and decided to stay here for awhile or until he figures out how to get back to his own universe. Powers REGENERATION - One of the rather interesting things about The Doctor is that he has the ability to regenerate. As a Time Lord, whenever his body is close to death, he can will himself to regenerate into a new body. During this process, his entire body glows with orange energy, and it completely changes his appearance and personality, but his basic traits remain the same. Unfortunately, this change can be very unstable and cause damage around him because of the energy bursting from his body in all directions. Also, during this time, he is unable to do anything and is vulnerable to physical attacks that can kill him. HYPERACTIVE SENSITIVE SENSES - Doctor Who can detect what timeline he is in through smell and taste. TELEPATHY - The Doctor is able to link minds with others for high-speed conversations and decision-making. ELECTRO-DIRECTION - He can emit bursts of energy bolts from his bare fingertips. EQUIPMENT: The TARDIS - The TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space) is a space ship that functions as Doctor Who's residence and a mode of transportation that he can use to travel through time and space. Its appearance resembles a Blue 1960s British Police Box on the outside with a large interior and a universal translator. UNIVERSAL TRANSLATOR - The TARDIS uses a telepathic field to automatically translate most comprehensible languages (written and spoken) into a language understood by its pilot and each of the crew members. The field also translates what they say into a language appropriate for that time and location (e.g., speaking the appropriate dialect of Latin when in ancient Rome). The TARDIS, and by extension a number of its major systems including the translator, are telepathically linked to its pilot, the Doctor. None of these systems are able to function reliably when the Doctor is incapacitated. SONIC SCREWDRIVER - This device functions on its power over sound waves, radiation, wavelengths, frequencies, signals, and electro-magnetism. It is capable of hacking, disabling, activating, and otherwise controlling technology from almost every era. It can remotely control almost any machinery, mechanisms, and computers it is applied to, allowing it to open locks, detonate explosives, activate electronics, override most systems, activate computers, and cause some energy weapons to burst into flames or sparks. SKILLS: LINGUIST - The Doctor can speak countless languages, including those of animals and other worlds. BLUFFING - The Doctor is known at times to lie to protect the people he cares and there even people who know Say Rule one about The Doctor is that he always lies although that isn't always true anymore he will sometimes do this to trick villains or to protect. MUSICAL ARTIST - The Doctor is very talented in music. He has demonstrated expertise as a pianist and electric guitarist. Since he is a time traveler, there is a strong possibility that he was inspired by Beethoven. WEAKNESSES: COMPASSION - The Doctor's compassion for every living thing causes him some problems since he refuses to take a life, no matter what the circumstances are. FRIENDS - The Doctor is very trusting and loyal to those closest to him. If they are in danger, he will do whatever it takes to protect them, even at the cost of his own life. FATIGUE - The regeneration process takes its toll on Doctor Who. His weakened state makes him vulnerable to physical attacks that could kill him very easily. The TARDIS, and by extension a number of its major systems including the translator, are telepathically linked to the Doctor. None of these systems are able to function reliably when the Doctor is incapacitated. THRILL-SEEKER - Doctor Who enjoys confronting danger and considers himself "one of the luckiest creatures in all of time and space". He avoids sadness and depression by keeping busy and working on missions. <iframe width="5.400000000000006" height="5.5800000000000125" style="position: absolute; width: 5.400000000000006px; height: 5.5800000000000125px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none;left: 331px; top: 1472px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_73953182" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="5.400000000000006" height="5.5800000000000125" style="position: absolute; width: 5.4px; height: 5.58px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 544px; top: 1472px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_47907567" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="5.400000000000006" height="5.5800000000000125" style="position: absolute; width: 5.4px; height: 5.58px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 331px; top: 1695px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_26162224" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="5.400000000000006" height="5.5800000000000125" style="position: absolute; width: 5.4px; height: 5.58px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 544px; top: 1695px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_61882050" scrolling="no"></iframe> Password here: cosmos |
