The Dark Castle (Brandi)

There were plenty of old castles and buildings in Europe this one they were on the edge of town in Dublin, no it wasn't the one where Vlad Dracula lived, they'd be nuts to go there-except for Brandi. SHIELD simply told them to investigate the area and report back what they found later. The night was young as the ship they were flying was starting to Land as Miguel took the driving seat since he had done it before. The controls were familiar since he had managed to fly plenty of times before. "Hm we're here you guys keep your eyes open." Miguel said as he let the jet doors open. Miguel was in his Spider-Man uniform which was a familiar blue and red while Sam had his Nova helmet and uniform on as well as he hovered out with the blue light surrounding him. "Way to make us stand out like the obvious, Sam can you turn that off?" Miguel asked as Sam rolled his eyes.

"Fine, I will for now but first sign of trouble I'll blast them." Sam said putting his fist into a ball and smacked it in his other hand. Showing he was stubborn but ready. Brandi and Miguel were probably used to that side. But Miguel knew they had several ways of detecting if something was dangerous here. They had Miguel's Spidey sense and Brandi's tattoos that might light up if there is any danger. Though Miguel couldn't detect danger from Brandi or Sam which he didn't seem to worry about too much. For example if Sam flew right into him, he wouldn't be able to predict it. "That is if this place is haunted." Sam said not really wanting to find any ghosts or demons there.

"Of course you will. Talk about dark, creepy and old. This thing would look like an antique in my time." Miguel said as he began to head towards the front door which was down like a draw bridge. Some water flowed down below them at a steady current as some fish resided in it. But for the most part they were alone...at least for now.

Brandi was getting her gear ready to she was expecting something to happened because why would SHIELD send them in if something serious wasn't happening. She had goggles on her head which looked like night vision ones and a few tools that the Ghost hunters use.When she came to hear Miguel scolding Sam about the bright light it gives off when he was in his helmet.She was actually happy to have them around this mission since they are very close to and this will be this first mission with Miguel as her husband.

When it came to her work she was pretty humorless and she gave them both the look as if saying she was not amused by them and speak in low " could you guy please take this seriously and not play around " She knew that her demon hunter sense would tell her if there is anything dangerous but also the ghost gear will tell them as well.She actually looked really funny in her gear as she had on he. She just listened to them talked and nodded little bit " if there wasn't something here then why would SHIELD bring us here then" She had mild sense of the place being creep since they were told that this place has been know for some strange paranormal activity and people getting injured. She stared towards the Castle wanting to start the search so she decided to walked down the entrance as the cold chill fills the area and strange whispering and orbs that looked like fireflies follow behind her.

"Sorry Brandi." Sam said as Miguel repeated it too. Once they were in side Miguel saw that the walls were stable enough for him to climb on without causing any damage he was light on it and he knew one wrong move he might fall off of it. So far as they walked in it felt cold, it was odd since out side they were in an area where the temperature was about 80 degrees it was pretty warm for the most part. Sam stayed close to the others. "It's rather quiet in here a little too quiet." Sam observed pointing out the obvious. As they were heading in side it lead them to a long wall like room that lead to several doors. Miguel clung to the side of the wall and using his night vision he could see that it was obvious this castle was big. "Brandi does have a point. SHIELD wouldn't just send here to get a tourist job in." Miguel said. "Something is here. It's just a question of what." He pointed out.

It was clear whoever lived here had been a part of a royal family of some kind or a rich one anyways. Sam looked around as he found one door and opened it as it let out a loud creek as he found an empty bed room. The room smelled musty and old, nothing out of the ordinary there. "Phew even smells old." Sam said as he closed the door with another creak. "You would think we would've come across something by now." Sam added looking rather disappointed but he knew this was just the beginning they had the entire castle at their hands to explore. As Miguel walked along the wall he felt something touch his shoulder. "Sam stop touching me!" He said. "I didn't do that!" Sam admitted as they realized that something wasn't right here. In fact he was standing on the other side of the hallway to where Miguel was.

Brandi screamed as she gets pushed into as shadows suddenly started to cover her body and pulled her into a room. She was about to notice the spirits that were messing with them but something happened to her. The door was locked. The ghost looked cloaked and looked like a very old man with glowing red eyes.the castle began to have a scent of death and other spirits started to flicker and doors start to slam close all around them.

she was being pressed against the against the wall but a shadow spectre they had her by the throat and she tried to break free with all her might with her super strength but all that happened was it just fourmed another armed and puts its hands on to her arms" let me go ..right now or you regret it ..." She was in trouble although she was been in these simlations and she was about to really get hurt.

Miguel saw something out of the corner of his eyes, he didn't know what it was but before he could react he saw that Brandi suddenly disappeared. And not to mention the area around them changed drastically. Miguel tried to move the door open with his strength but he couldn't do it. "Sam help me move the door Brandi's in there!" Miguel said knowing instinctively they had to protect her. With Sam's and Miguel's strength combined the door was knocked down after an attempt as they let out a huff. "Brandi!" Miguel said and that was when his spidey sense went off in his direction. He knew this was bad.

"Sam how about we light up this area!?" Miguel called out as Sam nodded in agreement as they saw the shadow person and Brandi who was being held down. Sam's hands lit up as a bright blue shining light came from them to hit the shadow person. He heard it cry out in pain and shock from it. It certainly was something it probably didn't expect. Not to mention he didn't like the light. "Let my wife go!" He called out as Sam threatened to do it again. The shadow person was still there, but they were not alone when it came to other ghosts. Another girl ghost was nearby watching a bit too afraid to come out, even if she did have powers of her own. She too was held to this castle like others. But she was fascinated with the super powered beings that were here.
