Spending an Afternoon Together (Brandi)

Brandi just smiled little bit towards him she was keeping notes about who they are inviting all their close friends and some of his teams which she would love to meet someday although she met a few of them responds with " of course we can invite the web warriors i think we should invite some of our allies you know too "She grinned little bit .

When she was down with her plate she goes and get some dessert it was kind of layered chocolate cake with mocha cream and some strawberry mousse which was in little containers.She watched him use him struggle with the Chopsticks before using a fork. Brandi hope that they will have a very long life together and she will stay with him until the day of her death at least she hoped that will happen that way.

"Hm I can think of a few others. We should invite Nick Fury I know he probably won't let us hear the end of it if we didn't invite him. Plus we wouldn't be together in SHIELD without him." Miguel pointed out as he was enjoying his dinner. He seemed to have a tough time on thinking of who else to invite, but he had a funny feeling that it might be a bit of a crowd. As they say three is a Crowd in most cases and this would be way more than three.

"Is it ok if my mother comes? I think you have met her at least once. Her name is Conchata." Miguel offered. "As for allies I think we have friends or members on the Avengers that might want to join us?" Miguel asked. But he wasn't sure if Brandi wanted to ask Jamie or Tony Stark the last thing they needed was another ruined wedding. He knew that their own wedding had been trashed by the Dark Avengers, and he hoped that wouldn't happen here. That's why it wasn't going to be plastered all over the news like theirs was.

she just smiled little bit and continued to eat as they planned out their wedding day and their guest list. She of course was already was going invite Director Fury .The man had help her though the bad times in her life he was a father to her although very strict one but he had his soft side once you get close enough to him.The people she had gotten close to and who managed to get though her serious side although she was a no nonsense person when it came to work that doesn't mean that she didn't laugh every now and then.

She was actually very full right and doing something else would be good and she took out her money and just smiled little bit .She then looked towards Miguel hoping he was up for it" Miguel do you want do anything else today i am full " She didn't suggest anything just yet since she she would actually love to go where fun with their time off and peace that they were having on this date.

"I am starting to feel full too." He admitted as he realized he had possibly eaten about half the food that he picked. At least they ate what they could at this point. He thought hard on that one on what Brandi suggested, "Hm how about we go walking in the New York Park? I have been to the one in 2099 but I have seen that this one is just as impressive." Miguel said as he put some money down for a tip for the people who came to clean the table. Plus he too also felt full from eating so much. Anything they hadn't eaten could easily come home with them and eat it for later for lunch or another dinner. "I also hear there is a carnival in town in a part of the park we could go on some of the rides if you want." he suggested.

Though going back to a father figure, Miguel's family had a large secret since he never knew who his true father was. His name was Tyler Stone and Miguel was his illegitimate child. For all Miguel knew his father was the man who married Conchata. He had been a firm father but often times MIguel felt like he could never be a friend towards him or get close like Gabriel or Kron had before him that was when it had dawned onto him as he realized that he had never told Brandi about his second brother. "Heay Brandi did I tell you I had a second brother next to Gabe? His name is Kron but he was so harsh and mean he acted like a bully. Once I did get my spider powers I stood up to him a few times...but a few years ago he disappeared without a trace." Miguel said not entirely knowing what happened to him. "It's a mystery and a bit of a sad one too." He admitted wondering if Kron had been taken by the Private Eye.

She just smiled at the thought of the carnival since she been wanting to go since it was cherry blossom festival. She would be with him and it would be great do something that was not work so farther everything was going great. She then nodded little bit towards him " of course lets go there the carnival sounds awesome the rides and shows and booths " She said as she stepped out the restaurant after paying to for her share of bill. She looking forward to great day since it was her day off since she was gone on a very long mission.

she was was very happy up to he metioned Kron and just sighed little bit .She didn't have a siblings but she was willing to listen to his story about his brother.She placed her hand on to his shoulder to comfort him not sure what else she would do to him and tried " Miguel if there is everything i can do for you let me know or we can just sit and talk"

"Yes it is rather nice out this time of year." Miguel said with a smile. They had a good day to look forward to at this point. They were going to have a lot of fun on the rides, booths an other attractions. Miguel had also thought of buying Brandi a present including some cherry blossom flowers so she could keep them a little bit longer in her room. It'd be a nice early wedding gift...In speaking of that it was coming soon but he knew they still had a bit of time. "It will be something to look forward too." Miguel said with a smile.

"And Thank you Brandi. I do want to find out what happened to him. But Kron isn't exactly a person you want to hang around with there was always something negative about him like he wanted to be a loner." Miguel said with a sigh. "If he is alive I won't interfere. But if he's deceased I need to tell my mom." He admitted knowing that Conchata would probably be upset over that news. However there was nothing he could do, it was too late. Still he tried not to dwell on that thought. As soon as he got the chance he'd investigate. But for now, he wanted to spend time with Brandi.

She just walked with him and just nodded little bit towards him she was looking forward to the festival because she wanted to get all the plants and also the music and food. She was actually just happy to be with him she wasn't going press him about his brother because she wouldn't want the same. She was pretty sure it was a long and sad story by the sounds of it. She could help him like did Sam but who knows what is going to happen if they found him something really bad might happen or worst. She would actually just be there to support him that is what he could do for him.

She walked towards the skycycle and waited for him to get on as she gets on to it. She still wanted to go the festival but at this point it would be up to him and she thought for bit " Miguel are you still up for the festival if not its ok we can do next time " She was assuming that he didn't wanted to go anymore with that emotional story about his brother since it sounded pretty sensitive to him.

"I do want to go to the festival Brandi I guess I was just dwelling on past thoughts and events that happened...Kron and I had a really rocky relationship. You could say I was bullied a lot by him." Miguel said as he looked back at Brandi. "Besides the festival should be really good and fun. We haven't exactly had this kind of fun in awhile." Miguel said as he honestly needed a distraction. He felt better with Brandi though, he always had when they were young and still getting to know each other. It was like he, Sam and Brandi were a trio that were meant to be. It was a really odd way of describing it.

After a bit he managed to give her a smile showing that he was better, but he hoped that it was enough. "That's true shouldn't dwell on the past...er future in my case." Miguel said remembering most of what he was talking about hadn't happened yet in this time. The world 2027 sure was different than the 2099 time. But he liked it here. There wasn't an over crowding of people everywhere and no one yelling at you all the time-there were other super heroes that got the yells of course. "Come on let's go to the festival."

Brandi just smiled little bit towards Miguel because she really did wanted to go to festival with him because this has been a great date so with nothing bad happening so farther and it was great she responds happily " that is great we are going have fun then " she gets on the back of cycle and got read to for them to drive. The fact was SHIELD kept them pretty busy with mission and training new cadets and other things and since she had been on very long mission she was given the chance to have some time off.

She wanted to plan to go on some rides and other stuff and maybe sample all the great foods that they make there. The best thing about this she will be doing this with the person she sees as the most imporant person in her life. When he started up the cycle she placed her head on his shoulder and held on to him. She didn't want to press more on his past so she decided to keep quiet about that right now unless it was a great time to bring this up again.

Miguel knew his past was a bit of a complicated one, well future if you want to put it that way. Even he didn't realize that his true father Mr. O'Hara wasn't his true father at all. So for that his father was a man named Tyler Stone, but that will likely be kept a secret for along time. He walked after Brandi seeing that they were going to the festival next, he had always wanted to go to a festival in this time so here was his chance. "I remember in my time there is a holiday called the Day of the Dead that's actually where I got my inspiration of my Spider-Man costume with the skull in the front." Miguel explained and he climbed onto the cycle with Brandi and he decided to let her drive. "But maybe when it comes around in October I will bring you with me Brandi you'll like it with all the skulls and the parties that go on." He said at least sounding hopeful.

"Alright I'm ready to go when you are." Miguel pointed out as he had his back pack with him. It contained a few items of his that he always carried like his phone and his watch that fixed time or transported him into the future. The next thing he had was his suit which was carefully tucked away so no one could see it really easily. Miguel for the most part had an easy time hiding in and blending in with the humans. So he wasn't bothered by that in the festival.

Brandi just smiled little bit towards him they were going to have a great time and she actually hoped they can do that.When he metioned that spanish holiday known of the day of the dead responds with " of course i would love to see that would be pretty awesome. " she of course has heard of the holiday is the day where dead are remembered and respected.She didn't have much of past to speak of since before she was a demon hunter she lived a pretty normal life mostly.

She flew them towards the fairground where the festival was being held it was full of all kinds of stuff when she parked she got off and walked towards the ticket boot and took of her money to pay for both of their tickets" Miguel let me pay for us " She knew the day was going to be perfect and she won't allow it go wrong she was of course prepared if something or someone was to attack them of course since she usually is always armed with her specialized gun which could depending on the person or being stun or knock them out if they are not of the supernatual kind of person.

"Yeah it is a good time to be in the future plus we'd fit right in with the costumes." Miguel said wondering if he could get away without someone realizing that he was a super hero hiding within the crowd. It wasn't long before they arrived at the ticket booth. When Brandi had said that she was going to pay it surprised him but he didn't object. He helped pay for their meal so he knew that he shouldn't argue that much. "Alright you can pay." Miguel added.

As they were given their tickets he looked over seeing all the rides, it was hard really to choose what to go on but he knew whatever it was it'd be fun. They had small sized rollercoasters to the large ones, and not to mention the ferris wheel or even the merri go round. "Heay Brandi you want to go on the tunnel of love?" Miguel asked. "I'm kidding of course we don't have to go on it." He said seeing that there were many couples lined up so he and Brandi would fit in rightly so with that. "There are plenty of other rides to go on so we have a lot to do." He said wanting Brandi to pick on where they went first. Regardless of what they choose there were many people here also having a good time too.,
